We begin.
We sit together in silence for 20 minutes.
We end.
That’s all.
No cameras.
No microphones.
No chats.
No one is asked to regulate.
No one is guided toward a “better” state.
No one is required to participate in a particular way.
You do not need to prepare yourself before entering.
Your experience is your own.

The pressure to:

Over time, even gentle guidance can begin to feel like demand.
The Room was created outside this structure.
Not as another place to improve yourself.
But as a place where nothing is being asked of you.
Where you do not need to perform presence.
Where you do not need to become different before belonging.
The Room is an experiential expression of Regulation Without Force, a philosophy by Mandy Forsgren.
